Hi, I’m Paige Carignan—California born and Florida livin’.
I love all things outdoors, art, and travel, and if you hand me a pen, I’ll probably write a poem (or two).

My faith is at the center of who I am and guides how I love, serve, and show up for others. I have a deep heart for missions and serving communities beyond my own, and I’m continually inspired by the power of compassionate, hands-on care.

My passion in life is helping people and making a meaningful impact in my community. Today’s world can feel wild, scary, and overwhelming—especially when you’re navigating pregnancy and birth—but you don’t have to walk that journey alone.

Fully Known Doula Services exists to provide you with the support, information, and empowerment you deserve throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. My mission is to empower you and your family with knowledge, confidence, and resources so you can make informed decisions every step of the way. As a doula, I am also pursuing a lifelong calling with the desire to one day become a midwife and continue serving families in an even deeper capacity.

Based in beautiful Jacksonville, Florida, I offer in-person services within a two-hour radius in any direction.
